Hypapixel provides Meta Pixel tracking and Conversions API integration services for e-commerce businesses. Our service includes:

  • Automated event tracking for Meta Pixel
  • Conversions API (CAPI) server-side event sending
  • Advanced filtering and optimization rules
  • RTO (Return to Origin) detection and data quality management
  • AI-powered customer targeting optimization

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Service.

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

  • Violate Meta's policies or terms of service
  • Send fraudulent or deceptive data

If we offer a free trial, it will be clearly stated. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Third-Party Integrations

6.1 Shopify Integration

Our Service requires integration with your Shopify store. You must have the necessary permissions and comply with Shopify's Terms of Service.

6.2 Meta/Facebook Integration

You must comply with Meta's Business Tools Terms and Conversions API Terms. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for data processing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Hypapixel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPAPIXEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Cost of substitute services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hypapixel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Pose a security risk

13. Data Backup and Loss

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data. We are not liable for any data loss.
